As a whole, they provide a powerful set of tools for manipulating and developing the energy body, and in the case of OBE, of stimulating the projection reflex and empowering all aspects of out-of-body operations. Conscious exit projection is, as I believe and intend to show, nowhere near as difficult as is commonly believed today.
