As regards the next letter it is necessary to point out that | made the prophecy and ‘‘saw” the smudge on the envelope on June 4. The postmark shows that the envelope was not posted until June ro. The inference is that, as the letter came from a big business firm, that particular envelope was unsoiled, and not even out of its packet, at the time I made the prophecy. The following letter omits to mention the date on the envelope ; but, as it is on view with all the other letters, any one who cares to do so may see that the postmark is that of June 10, 1907.
