CHAPTER VI. PROPHECIES. I po not think there is a more peculiar fact in the realm of occultism than the fulfilled prophecy. It is a matter of small surprise to me that the prophet in olden days was called a man of God ; for prophecy seems to be a superhuman cift or power which transcends the mere normal faculties. All prophets are Seers, but all Seers are not necessarily prophets. The Bible says that when a prophet makes a prophecy we are to wait a little while, and if it comes true the prophet is a man of God; if not,!!!
